Some time ago we had the opportunity to talk about biostimulants, but today the time has come to grab the magnifying glass to look in more detail at one of the most loved biostimulants ever by the Georgici Clan: Bio Oro by Cifo!

We have already covered biostimulants but let’s make a brief summary: they are products that accompany fertilizationintegrating it without replacing it, so much so that they can be used together with fertilizers, therefore without time to respect between one and the other, naturally being careful not to exceed the quantities.

It does not create compatibility problems even with Biotron, which is very useful for restoring fertility to the soil.

The main biostimulants that can be found in our online nursery are: Bio Oro, Sinergon and Algatron, all three are products of natural origin that can also be used on edible plants.

A small premise: it is not useful to mix multiple biostimulants, it is recommended to choose one based on need and rather alternate it with mineral fertilizations.

Algatron

Helps prevent all types of stress: water, thermal, etc.

It can be used both radically and foliarly.

Synergon

It is used post emergency, to help the plant overcome stress conditions, also useful for re-establishing debilitated plants or those that do not have a very extensive foliar system (using the foliar mode).

BioOro

It is used to enhance the quality of flowers and fruit.

What is Bio Oro

Since this is today’s protagonist, it is essential to talk in more detail about this product.

BioOro It gives its best if given at the same time as a fertilizer, providing direct and ready-to-use energy to the plant.

It is a 100% natural and 100% organic product compatible with the organic farming regulations, making it suitable for organic crops. Bio Oro is in fact composed of organic extracts, which makes it can also be used without problems on edible plantswithout having to wait for either waiting times or return times.

It can only be used radically, so it is not possible to spray it on the leaves.

It is not a product suitable for hydroponics, rather it is preferable to prefer Algatron or Sinergon and nutrition using Asso di Fiori foliar application.

What does it contain?

As we were saying it is composed of organic parts, specifically they are chains of amino acids that provide direct energy to the plant. Amino acids are essential, in fact they are the “building blocks” that make up proteins, strengthening the functions linked to the metabolism and physiology of the plant.

When should you use Bio Oro

It is a product that promotes flowering and significantly improves fruits and vegetablesin terms of taste, flavour, consistency and aroma of the same.

It also improves fruit setting, that is, the phase between the end of flowering and the actual maturation of the fruit. It is a very important and delicate phase, being a period where the plant can be subject to various types of stress which can lead to the loss of fruit or a lowering of the percentage of flowers which will then transform into fruit.

Bio Gold used before and during this phase helps to have a balanced fruit setting, bringing many more fruits to maturity.

Is it also good on green plants?

Absolutely yes, it is a universal product that can be used on all types of plants although it acquires much more value with flowering and fruit-bearing plants. In any case, even on simple green plants it will stimulate growth. It will also give excellent results on succulents and orchids.

In the case of the lawn it helps to obtain greener grass.

In what periods of the year to use Bio Oro

As a classic biostimulant, it can be used from vegetative growth (from the beginning of March) until the plant is dormant (around October). However, being a product that uniforms flowering and fruit setting, anticipates fruiting, etc. it is an excellent practice to use it particularly both in prevention and during these phases.

In general it can be used 12 months a year, to also encourage the development of new leaves in green plants.

How to use Bio Oro

Use BioOro it’s really simple! Here’s how to do it:

Dilute the product in the wetting water (1 capful every 3 liters of water, both for potted plants and in the ground).
Mix the water well.
Proceed with root irrigation.

Bio Oro can also be administered directly into the ground.

THE radical administration it is the most convenient and immediate method, but it has a small limitation: it is not recommended if the plant is suffering excessive watering. In that case, it is better to opt for treatment foliar with Sinergonmore suitable for promoting recovery.
